I have been trying to apply for the Figma Education plan, and I’m currently a student at Arizona State University. I’m enrolled in six classes this semester, and I need access to the education plan for my upcoming coursework for the second session. However, my account is not being approved by SheerID.
I’ve already submitted multiple forms of verification to SheerID, including:

My tuition receipts

My current class schedule
-
My online student ID card (it is just my face and they don’t record the year.)

A photo of my current student dashboard (It has my name and classes for the semester.)
I also reached out to SheerID, but they informed me that they could not assist further and closed my assistance ticket.
At this point, I’m unsure what else I can do. I am an active, enrolled student, and I genuinely need this plan for my classes. Is there any way we can resolve this issue or verify my eligibility another way?
