Request for a refund for a Dev Seat

Hello,

  I accidentally activated a Dev seat on my Professional plan and would like to request a refund or invoice adjustment.

  Details:
  - Account email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

  - Charge amount: $8.5 (prorated Dev seat charge - maybe -)
  - Reason: I accidentally clicked and activated a Dev seat that I don't need and haven't used (assigned less than 30 minute and never used)

  Could you please cancel this charge from my upcoming invoice?
