Hi,
I am the owner of this file and team, but today while editing in Figma Desktop it suddenly switched to “Request access.”

The email shown matches my account exactly. I’ve tried both Google login and email/password — same result.

This appears to be an internal account identity/session mismatch. Please restore my ownership access urgently — I have an active deadline.

Hi ​@Ebise Tekle - I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing this file. I have very limited visibility into accounts/files, so I am not able to make any changes to files and/or accounts. I also can’t confirm if there’s any kind of conflict with your account that’s causing this.

With that said: I know you mentioned that you were the owner of the file -- however, if someone else on your team had edit access to the file, they may have moved it to a different team. This could explain why you’re getting that error. I’d recommend touching base with anyone else who had access to the file and see if they had made any changes.
