Hello Team,

 

I see my account is for free with email address - [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I have been deleted my account long back. Still i was charged, i have reenrolled to this account. i see it as free subscription now. I am blocked to cancel the subscription. Please assist. But i was charged on 7th Feb 2027, I felt really bad that i was charged for which i didnt use.  But now, atleast i want to block this subscription charges going forward.

 

Can somebody provide real solution. I dont see cancel subscription option as it is free now. Or confirm me that i wont be charged as it is free.
