Repport problem - student figma account - valid CEVc code that does not work in the application form

Hello,

For the past three years, I have been using Figma with an Education account. I am continuing my studies for two more years, so I recently applied again for the Education plan. However, when I try to submit the application, the form refuses my student CEVc code, even though it is valid.

Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can access the Education plan again?
