Hi Figma Community Support Team,

 

I am the Admin of the Organization " DUALI  " and I need urgent help to **downgrade/cancel our Organization plan** to the Starter (free) plan ASAP. 

 

I contacted at support before renew my plan(17th March), but auto-guide wasn’t helpful for my organization plan

 

- In Admin > Billing, I can see the subscription details but there is **no Downgrade or Cancel button**.

 

- In Organization > Setting > Community, i don't see the same functions on your guide. therefore i need manual assistance to cancel this plan

 

- Please process the cancellation(Refund) of the Organization plan.

  • the invoice number is 236C29EB-0010 

    my ticket number is 1814596

  •  

 

The system keeps sending me guide with link, which is really frustrating, 

I need a human support to end this auto renew. and back to free plan

I also find out our Organization doesn’t have ower. this maybe the reason i can’t downgrade the plan myself. plz fix ASAP
