Renewing the Figma Education Plan

I got an email at the beginning of this month saying my Figma education subscription will expire at the end of the month and I need to renew it. After trying, I got another email saying I renewed my subscription, but two days later I got another email saying it didn't renew. Now when I visit the email links, I see that some say I'm already subscribed to the education subscription and some are waiting for an action, so I want to know if it's been renewed or not.

Appreciate you letting us know about this, I’ll raise your experience with the right folks on our end. If you’re running into issues with your application, the best next step is to contact SheerID directly, since they manage the verification process for Figma’s Higher Education plan.
