Hi, I need to downgrade my account from the education plan back to the starter plan. I’m not sure how this works — do I just post here and will someone show up to create a ticket for this..? Help!

  • Are you wanting to apply your existing education verification to another team?
    • If that’s the case, is that team in a different account than the one you were were given education approval under?
    • If you want to apply it to another account, is that account registered under a personal email address?
  • Or are you wanting to just get education status removed with no other action?

Hi! I did submit a ticket, but the confirmation for the ticket told me to post here because of my plan level — so I did. But you saw the ticket, so does that mean I didn’t have to post here? I’m confused. Bad UX on Figma’s part.
