A few of my students keep receiving the message “an admin needs to update a seat so they can get access” (with a red exclamation mark next to it).
I am currently using the free Edu plan, and at the moment there are about 38 Collab seats already taken. The students experiencing this issue have attempted verification, and their status is showing as Collab, but they are still unable to gain access.
Could you please advise on the solution or next steps? Is this related to a seat limitation, or is there something else that needs to be updated on my end? What exactly?
