Regarding the unreasonable process of subscription charging

I originally intended to purchase a Dev position, but upon entering my own project file, I discovered that even though I had been assigned a Dev position, I was unable to edit the content within the project file. Consequently, the system popped up a prompt asking if I wished to enable editing. Without my knowledge, it subscribed me to an additional FULL position.
I find this extremely unreasonable. I could have edited the content in the project file, but I paid an additional $15 to use the code mode, only to find that I can't edit it anymore. Now, I'm being forced to spend another $20 to buy this position!

      Hey ​@酥智fish, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the frustration here.

      A Dev seat gives you full access to Dev Mode, Figma Slides, and FigJam, but only view and comment access in Figma Design files. Editing a Design file needs a Full seat. When you saw the prompt to enable editing, that was actually a seat request in disguise. Depending on how your team's seat settings are configured, that kind of request can get approved automatically, which is what adds a Full seat to the subscription.

      Reviewing what's actually on your invoice and adjusting a seat or charge means pulling up account and billing details, and that has to happen through a support ticket rather than the public forum.

      I can see ticket #2127297 is open, our team replied once already, and you've followed up with more questions there. That follow-up is in the queue. Our customer support team is working through a bit of a backlog right now, so it's taking a little longer than we'd like, but they will get back to you on the ticket.

      My team consists of only one person—me—so I have absolutely no need for an additional seat. Yet, the system automatically added one and is charging me extra for it. I find this completely unreasonable, and I haven't been able to find a way to disable this auto-add feature. The overall user experience is terrible; I hope you will improve this rather than resorting to forced sales tactics.
