Hello, I am currently enrolled in Professional Google UX Design course, I am using Figma free education plan, which I verified using the Coursera guide, and I contacted the Coursera team for the re-verification process, but they were negative, saying they do not have the capability to directly re-verify your status for third-party services like Figma.
As in the midst of the course, I have a lot to finish my projects.
So, please help me to re-verify.

Please note that we’re unable to directly verify or allow self-verification for Figma Education accounts associated with bootcamps or online courses like Coursera.
Self-verification isn’t available for students in bootcamps or online courses, and Figma isn’t able to verify Education accounts for these programs.
In the meantime, we recommend using our free Starter plan, which includes access to up to 3 files, AI credits, and the ability to continue practicing and building your course projects independently.

am having the same issue in re-verifying my education status. until things at coursera and figma is resolved i appreciate if the cancellation on sept 29th can be on hold. i have unfinished projects.
I’m in the same situation. I haven’t finished the course yet, and without the Figma Education Plan I don’t know how I can complete my projects. I would really appreciate some help with this.

Verification is managed by your Bootcamp Admin.
If you’re having trouble accessing your EDU plan or have questions about your EDU status, please reach out to them directly. If you’re not sure who your Bootcamp Admin is, your Bootcamp Instructor can point you in the right direction.
Also, just so you know, we’ve extended the grace period, so this verification process won’t affect your projects. You can find more details here:
I have the same problem, my plan is showing as a free plan and I need the educational plan. I am also on the Google Professional UX Certificate course.
Figma, you are really making this difficult for us and really not helping build trust in your company. Please come up with a better solution, this is really a big hassle for us.
