Refund request unintended subscription renewal

Hi

Could I kindly request a refund for invoice number 35B3270F-0004 and 35B3270F-0003. This charge was unexpected, as I no longer have a need for the service and had intended to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation process, and the subscription was automatically renewed.

 

Since the renewal, I have not used any of the paid features associated with the Professional plan. I have also canceled the subscription to prevent any future renewals.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and consider issuing a refund for this charge.
