Hello Figma Support,

I was unexpectedly charged $218.88 for an annual plan renewal today. I was not aware that the subscription would renew automatically, and I did not intend to continue the plan.

I have already canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and have not used any paid features or AI credits after the renewal.

I kindly request a full refund for this charge and cancellation of the subscription.

I understand your refund policy, but I would kindly ask you to review my case again. The annual renewal charge of $218.88 was unexpected, and I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge. I have not used any paid features or AI credits since the renewal.

I have been a Figma user and I respectfully request a one-time exception and a full refund for this unintended renewal.

But again i was not aware of it and it just took all of the money that was on my credit card, please guys try to solve this asap i just want my money back and im not using figma.
