Refund Request for Unintended Upgrade Charge

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am writing regarding the charge made on May 1.

I am a freelancer and only require a minimal subscription for personal use. I was previously using the Professional Collab plan, but my subscription was upgraded to the Professional Full plan without my awareness. As a result, I was charged a higher amount than expected.

This upgrade was not intentional, and I would like to request a refund for the price difference caused by the upgrade.

I have already canceled my subscription, and I have not used any of the paid features during this billing period.

I would greatly appreciate your review and assistance with this request.
