Hello Figma Support,
I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge on my account.
I originally subscribed to Figma last March for around $23, but I canceled my subscription in April as I no longer needed the Pro features. However, I was unexpectedly charged again this May for over $40.
Since the payment was processed only recently and I have not used the service or any Pro features, I would greatly appreciate it if you could cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the recent charge.
