Refund Request for Unintended Subscription Renewal

Hello Figma Support,
 

I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge on my account.

I originally subscribed to Figma last March for around $23, but I canceled my subscription in April as I no longer needed the Pro features. However, I was unexpectedly charged again this May for over $40.

Since the payment was processed only recently and I have not used the service or any Pro features, I would greatly appreciate it if you could cancel my subscription and issue a refund for the recent charge.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you can assist me with this request as soon as possible.

Thanks for your post, and totally understandable since you canceled in April. While we are unable to help with billing and account issues here in the forum, I found the ticket you submitted to our team and flagged that to raise the priority for you. You should hear back soon!
