Refund Request for unintended full-seat

Hello. I am a user who was using only one full-seatĀ on a paid plan. I accidentally clicked the button to add another full-seatĀ and requested a refund, but since I haven’t received a response from customer support yet, I am posting here. Today is my renewal date, but the renewal hasn’t been canceled, so please cancel this payment.

Hi there, Celine from the Community Support team here! Thanks for flagging this, and I totally get the urgency given today is your renewal date. I checked and your case has been assigned to the right team, so it's in good hands and they'll be reviewing your request as soon as they can.

Just to set expectations: subscription charges and refund requests are reviewed against Figma's Terms of ServiceĀ (Regarding refunds, payments are generally non-refundable). So we are not able to confirm the outcome here on the ForumĀ that decision sits with the support team once they've had a chance to look at your specific case.

Keep an eye on your inbox (spam folder too, just in case) for the agent's reply, and if anything changes on your end in the meantime, just reply directly on your existing case so they have the full picture. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!

Also, for future reference, pleaseĀ note that when a paid seat is added during a billing cycle, you'll be charged from the date the seat is added through to the end of the current billing period, even if the seat is later unassigned. Additionally, to avoid the seat renewing for the following month, it must be unassigned before the next billing date. For more details, you can check our Help Center article: Manage your seats
