I am writing for assistance with my request for a full refund for a recent subscription charge on this account.
My subscription was auto-renewed yesterday, which was an oversight on my end as I believed I had already turned off auto-renewal. I’m currently using Figma through another active account and do not need a paid plan on this account.
Since the payment was only made recently and I haven’t used the service, I’d like to kindly request cancellation of the subscription and a refund.
I’ve issued a ticket with this through Figma’s AI Support Assistant, and my ticket number is 1906376.
