Refund Request for Unintended Auto-Renewal

Hi Figma Support team,

My subscription was just auto-renewed today. This was an oversight on my part as I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal.

L6HNMZ02-0003

I have already cancelled the plan in the admin settings to prevent future charges. I have not used any paid features since the new billing cycle started.

Could you please help me review this and process a courtesy refund for this unintended charge?

Just to flag, under Figma's policy, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. You can find more details in our Terms of Service: https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/
