I’m currently at the Free plan, previously was subscribed to Professional.
After giving edit access to people in Free project i was charged for full seats.
This is violates my customer rights, because your software is literally says “Free”, then charging without asking my consent for this payment - by any law definition it is a fraud.
Furthermore, i want my payment information (e.g card token) to be removed.

Hi,
sadly I have a similar problem. I have an education plan currently and my card was charged 48,80EUR which is also not the amount of any of the plans of Figma, however it was definitely charged by Figma because o my card it says so… I wrote the ticket from the same link & hope for a fast refund.
