Subject: Refund Request for Subscription Charge

Hello,

I am writing to request a cancellation and a full refund for a recent subscription charge.

Payment Details:

  • Transaction Date: December 9, 2025

  • Payment Method: Shinhan Card

  • Account Email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

I did not intend to renew this subscription and would appreciate it if you could process a refund and cancel any further charges. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

I checked both of the accounts associated with the email you mentioned, but they currently only have Starter teams, and I wasn’t able to locate the charge you mentioned.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to investigate or resolve specific billing issues directly here in the forum. That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1659793) on your behalf so our billing specialists can take a closer look.

Once you receive the ticket confirmation email, please reply to it with any relevant details or screenshots showing the charge. This will help our specialist assist you more efficiently.
