Refund request for incorrect payment

구독을 취소했고 Figma 결제 상태에도 그렇게 표시되지만, 결제는 오늘(8월 30일)에 완료되었습니다. 취소하고 싶습니다.

I understand your subscription already shows as canceled in your billing status, but a payment still went through today (August 30). I can't access or resolve billing details from this public thread, but I've confirmed your request is with our Customer Support team. Your case number is: 2101560, and they'll review the charge and follow up directly at the email tied to your Figma account.

For context, Figma's default policy treats subscription payments as non-refundable, though we review cases like this individually. This article explains how cancellation timing and Figma's refund policy work: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
