Hi,

my Figma Make plan was renewed this month by mistake. I canceled my subscription right after noticing the renewal, and I submitted a support ticket (ID: #1481290) requesting a refund.

It’s been a while and I havent received any response yet, so im posting here to ask if someone from the figma team could help with my request.

im only asking for a refund of the most recent renewal charge, since the renewal was unintentional.

Hi ​@aert, thank you for reaching out! I checked on your ticket (#1481290) and I can see our support team responded yesterday. A refund has already been issued, and you should see it reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.
