Refund Request for Accidental Subscription Charge

Hello Figma Support,

I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription approximately 10 minutes ago, and I am requesting an immediate refund.

This subscription renewal/purchase was not intended, and I canceled the plan immediately after noticing the charge. The paid features have not been used after the payment.

Since the charge was recognized and canceled right away, I believe a refund is appropriate in this case. Please review the payment and process the refund as soon as possible.

Just a quick heads-up that I’ve redacted some personal information from your post to help protect your security and privacy.

I understand that your annual subscription renewed unintentionally and that you’d now like to request a refund. I took a look at your account and can confirm that your plan has already been cancelled as of May 18, and access will remain active until June 18.

Since the subscription has already renewed, the Billing team will need to review your account and determine whether a refund may be possible in this case. While we’re unable to process billing requests directly through the forum, I was able to locate your existing support ticket (#1907048) and have added an internal note to help increase visibility with the team handling your request.
