Refund Request: Charged right before Education Plan approval

Hi Figma Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for a recent subscription charge on my account.

Yesterday, on 2026/05/17 20:53, I was charged 22,75$ (34,068won) for the paid plan. However, I am a student/educator and my account has now been approved for the free Figma Education Plan.

Since I am eligible for the free educational access, could you please help me cancel the paid subscription and process a full refund for the charge made yesterday?

Here are my account details:
