Refund request after subscription cancellation

Hello, I canceled my subscription and switched to the free plan yesterday because the project is finished. However, a payment was still charged. Could you please explain why this happened and refund the amount? Thank you very much for your help. Kind regards, Tamila Mohylevska

I understand that you’re seeing a charge even after canceling your subscription.

 

I can see that you’ve already submitted a support ticket(#1725958) for this, and as our support specialist explained there, this charge is expected. Prorated charges can appear on a following invoice to account for seat usage that wasn’t billed during the previous billing period. Your plan has now been canceled, and you won’t see any additional invoices unless you choose to resubscribe in the future.
