I was charged €142.64 on June 4, 2026 (Invoice ID: in_1TebCBIvcqWR3dFDRDSotwBA) for a Professional team subscription with multiple Full seats that were added unintentionally.
I am a student and did not intentionally upgrade. I have already downgraded all members to Viewer seats immediately after discovering the charge.
I contacted support via email on June 4th, provided all requested account information, but have received no response for over a week.
