Hello,

I accidentally selected the wrong account when making this payment. I meant to pay with my new company account, but due to confusion between my accounts, the payment was mistakenly processed on the wrong one.

As this transaction occurred less than 2 hours ago and resulted from an honest mistake on my part, I would kindly like to ask if it might be possible to process a full cancellation and refund. I truly appreciate your understanding and would be very grateful for your assistance with this matter.

  1. Submit a request through our support hub, or select the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in Figma and choose Contact support
  2. Include the amount, date, and team name associated with the payment, along with the account you meant to use instead

That'll get a ticket started so someone can dig into your account directly and sort out next steps with you.
