Hello Figma Support,
I was unexpectedly charged $52 because my seat was automatically upgraded. This was not an intentional purchase, and I did not realize that editing would trigger a paid seat upgrade.
I have not intentionally used any of the paid features after the upgrade, and I would like to request a full refund for this accidental charge.
If possible, please downgrade my account to free plan and refund the $52 charge.
I have been happy using Figma and hope you can make a one-time exception.
