Hello,

I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected automatic renewal charge that was made on July 12.

I intended to purchase and use Figma for only one month, and I did not believe that automatic renewal was enabled. However, I was charged again automatically on July 12. This renewal was not intentional, and I had no plan to continue using the service.

I have not used Figma at all after this charge was made. Because this appears to be an unintended renewal or billing issue, I would appreciate it if you could review this payment and process a refund.

Please also cancel any active subscription or renewal on my account to prevent further charges.

Please let me know if you need my invoice ID or any additional information.
