I am writing to politely request a refund for a recent automated charge on my account.
On June 4, 2026, my payment method was automatically charged for invoice number OL0MCCIT-0006. I did not intend to upgrade or renew this subscription, and I have not used any of the paid features or extra seats associated with this charge.
I have already updated my team settings and canceled the plan to prevent any further charges. Could you please review my account activity and process a full refund for this invoice?
