One user wasn’t removed from our account before billing, and the charge has already gone through. The user is now removed
Is a refund possible in this case?

Hey ​@EYL , thanks for reaching out! Refunds and billing adjustments need to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team, and we’re not able to handle those directly from the Forum.
