I’m sorry to hear about this, I understand how frustrating that can be.

If the purchase was made within the last 24 hours, you can request a refund directly from your account:

  • Go to your avatar in the top left
  • Open Settings
  • Go to the Community tab
  • Find the purchase and select Request refund

If it’s been over 24 hours, you can still submit a request via Get support in the same section, and our team will review it.

For subscriptions, you can cancel them at any time to prevent future charges. You’ll still have access until the end of the current billing period.

I’m not able to process a refund manually from here, but I can help you find the right option on your side.

I’m happy to walk you through it.

Here’s how to request a refund:

 

If it’s within 24 hours:

  • Go to your avatar (top left)
  • Open Settings
  • Go to the Community tab
  • Find the purchase and select Request refund

 

If it’s been over 24 hours:

  • Go to your avatar (top left)
  • Open Settings
  • Go to the Community tab
  • Find the purchase and select Get support
  • Choose Request a refund and submit the form
