Recovery of deleted figma account

Hello Figma Community,

I need urgent assistance regarding my Figma account. I accidentally deleted my account, and I am now unable to access any of my files or projects. These files are extremely important for my ongoing client work, and I’m very anxious about losing them.

Details:

  • Account email: [redacted PII - DJV 12/22/25 3:09pm PT]

  • Approximate deletion date/time: 11 PM, 22 December

Since the deletion just happened right now, I understand that accounts remain recoverable for up to 30 days. I’m hoping the support team can help me restore access as soon as possible.

I would greatly appreciate any advice, confirmation, or escalation from the Figma team or community members who have experienced this situation before.
