Our other Figma account was recently compromised. We have lost access, and it appears that the account was deleted by an unauthorized person. This account contained important design work.We kindly ask you to:
- Help us recover the compromised account if possible, or
- Transfer all existing projects and files from the compromised account to our new account.
These files are critical to our work, and we would deeply appreciate your assistance in restoring access or migrating the content.

I already have a ticket open with the email of the admin of the account compromised, ticket number is 1431224. We are ready to provide any additional evidence to confirm our ownership of the account and its content.
