Reapplication for Education Plan not possible

Hi,

I just started a new study program and had to change the mail address of my Figma Account to the new university mail. I wanted to reapply for the Education Plan since Figma changed it to the free plan because I graduated. Now it is not possible to get the Ed Status again because apparently I reached a limit. I already contacted the SheerID support but the couldn't help me and said they saw a verification from last year but I think its still connected with my old mail. Is there any other solution?

(I’m writing this from my other account because I had a registration here)

Hey there, Celine from Figma here! Sorry to hear you’re running into issues with your verification.

Yes, the Education Plan may get applied to another account if you were logged into a different account at the time of verification.

If you believe the verification was applied to the wrong email, please complete this form to request a change to the correct Figma account. The Education team reviews these requests weekly and will notify you once it’s updated.
If you reached again the limit after that, please contact directly their Figma-specific team at: figmasupport@sheerid.com. Thank you!
