I have a problem: the annual plan renewal for my organization somehow includes taxes now; however, before there weren't any taxes included. I noticed that for some reason, in the "bill to" column, the address was changed - the country, to be exact. In all the previous invoices, the country was Kazakhstan; now it's Russia for some reason.
So, to be clear, in the account settings, the billing address is and was correct, but in the invoice it changed, and I guess it started to include taxes based on the incorrectly changed country. How is that even possible, and can it be fixed?
The invoice isn't paid yet because of that.
