We noticed that the price of our subscription has changed compared to last year, and the total amount charged (including taxes) is significantly higher than what we previously paid.
Could you please clarify why the subscription price and tax amount have changed for our account?
Since this payment appears to be higher than expected, we would like to request cancellation or reversal of the latest charge so that we can review the correct pricing and complete the payment again with the proper amount.
We would appreciate your help in resolving this.
