I cancelled my professional plan on Feb 2nd, it says i’m on the free plan.  Today i was charged $7.91 CAD for the period between Jan 6 & Feb 6.  Can you please explain what’s going on here?

I completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, especially when you believe you cancelled on February 2nd. From what you’ve described, you likely cancelled successfully on February 2nd, but on Monthly plans, you have access to the plan through your previous Billing date, which we can assume was February 6th. And this additional charge sounds like a prorated charge for some type of change made your seats mid-Billing cycle. 

My team here on the forum isn’t able to help with Billing issues, but I’ve created ticket #1732549 on your behalf. The support team can take a closer look and explain exactly what happened.
