Hi Team,

I have been using Figma Make AI to create a web application. After running a few prompts, I received a message that I’ve reached the credit limit.

Could you please guide me on:

  • How I can check my current AI credit balance/usage?

  • Whether there is an option to increase or purchase additional credits?

  • If there’s any plan that allows unlimited prompts, since I need to create multiple screens and the current limit is restrictive.

Looking forward to your guidance.

Resolved on my end as well! Thank you 😊

Resolved, but when you do eventually roll out the credits system, you need to ensure that we have fair notice and the ability to purchase more credits, etc.

These credit limits are too low, especially for enterprise.

Making a single multi view workflow (search, results, details, confirmation) simulation of our SAAS with a proposed feature addition in the flow takes 120-200 prompts, depending on complexity of variation to build/test, hallucinations, etc.

Will you be re-evaluating those limits? If that’s monthly, it MASSIVELY reduces the usability and value of Figma Make…

Yes, unblocked on my end as well.

Thanks Figma support for a quick turnaround.
And as @Ryan_Anderson points out, monthly limits are way too low, even for Organization plans.

Hey everyone! Thanks for flagging this issue that occurred today. If you’re on Full seats, you should not be seeing the message: “You’ve reached your current limit. Your credits will reset on October 1, 2025.”

Our engineers were aware of the problem and have already released a fix. Please refresh Figma to ensure you’re on the updated version.

If you’re still running into this, let us know by submitting a report. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!

Could you please enable the credits? I’ve run out and I’m stuck on an important project. Kindly either unlock additional credits or allow me to purchase extra so I can continue.

As far as I have tested the AI capabilities I think it will have to grow a bit smarter. Even if I ask for fixes of pretty basic layout issues throughout all views of the application I’m working on I end up having to guide AI through every view/subview to chase out simple CSS issues.
No wonder my AI credits hit the limit. :)
I guess the “Point and edit” feature is there for such cases but that is just less fun...and more time consuming for me. So that would be kind of the opposite of what I want to gain.
I guess there is no straight forward answer to my gibberish half-rant above :) but still hoping for some kind of response.
