Purchased Professional plan on wrong team

Hi Good day,

My team owner was trying to reactivate our professional plan and erroneously made the plan on the wrong team. I would need urgent help reverting this to the right account because that is where all our team files and folders have lived for the past few years.

Please help.

Please help. 

This sounds more like an account/subscription assignment issue than a file problem, which is hopefully easier to resolve once support reviews the team IDs and billing details.
