TITLE: Published Figma Make site returns "Not Found" - Support unresponsive for 2+ weeks
Hi Figma community,
I'm hoping someone can help or escalate this issue, as I've been unable to get a human response from Figma support for over two weeks.
ISSUE:
My Figma Make project publishes successfully in the editor (status shows "Published"), but the live URL returns a "Not Found" error. Preview mode works perfectly — all pages, images, and features display correctly.
DETAILS:
- Published URL: https://patron-utter-75275782.figma.site (returns 404)
- Preview mode: Works perfectly
- Project type: React/TypeScript calendar application
- Figma Make's own AI assistant confirmed the code is clean and deployment-ready, stating: "The deployment/publishing problem is a Figma Make platform issue, not a code issue."
WHAT I'VE TRIED:
- Re-published multiple times using the Update button
- Unpublished and re-published
- Waited weeks for propagation
- Cleared browser cache, tried multiple browsers and incognito mode
- Contacted support via email on January 27, 2026
- Received only the auto-response with generic FAQ links
- Sent a detailed follow-up with steps to reproduce, device info, and project URLs
- No human response received as of February 12, 2026
This is a platform-level deployment issue confirmed by Figma's own tools. I simply need someone from the Figma team to look at why the published URL is not resolving.
Has anyone else experienced this with Figma Make publishing? Any workarounds or ways to escalate?
Thank you for any help.
Michael
