Hi! Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the issue? It would help a lot to better understand what exactly is going wrong and how the prototype is behaving on the screen.
Happy to help once we see more details!
Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your prototype. If you're experiencing zoom-related issues, here's a quick fix you might try:
Click on "Options" in the menu bar or simply press the "Z" key to access the "Fit to screen" function. This often resolves most zoom display problems.
If that doesn't address your issue, could you please share some screenshots or a screen recording of what you're experiencing? This would help us understand exactly what's happening and provide more targeted assistance.
Thanks for your patience!
Toku
Thank you so much for the feedback
Once I charge my system, I will take a screenshot of the issue and send it over here.
Good evening everyone
This is the screenshot of what am trying to say,the prototype is not showing in the full screen of the selected phone size but showing up,at one side…
Please how do I fix this?
Thank you very much
Hi @Ubani Chiamaka Amanda
Thanks for sharing the screenshot! Based on what I'm seeing, it appears that your frame size might be too small for the intended device display.
Could you first check if your frame dimensions match the recommended size for the device you're targeting? This is often the cause of display issues like this.
If you've already verified the frame size and are still experiencing the problem, would you be willing to share your file with us? You can grant access to support-share@figma.com (don't worry - this won't affect your billing in any way). This would allow me to take a closer look and provide more specific guidance.
Thanks for sharing the link! I tested what I believe is the same frame on my end using the desktop app, and everything appears to be displaying correctly.
To help narrow down the issue:
Is this happening with just this specific frame, or with all frames in your file?
If it's just this one frame, could you please share the direct frame link? (You can get this by selecting the frame and pressing Cmd+L on Mac or Ctrl+L on Windows)
If you're seeing this across multiple frames, could you try clearing cache to see if that resolves the display issue?
Let me know how that works!
Thanks,
Toku
Good morning sir @y_toku
It usually happens when am designing for phone screen
I will share the direct frame link and I'll also clear cache
It seems to be fine for me and I can't reproduce this issue on my end. I hope you aren't seeing this issue but feel free to submit a bug report with your file link!
