Hi all,

I use video in my projects. Today I noticed no videos play in any prototype so I did some troubleshooting. Here’s what I managed to find:

Issue

Prototype does not play video in Figma app or Chrome but does play in Firefox.

How to reproduce issue

I’m using a 1.8mb video (1920x1080 MP4 xh265) in one frame in a new figma file.

Actions taken to remedy issue which did not work

• Deleted APPDATA DesktopProfile cache.
• Updated NVidia Driver to latest video driver.
• Uninstalled NVidia and clean uninstall of video driver.
• Checked for latest version of Figma
• Restarted computer numerous times.
• Reduced size of video file.
