Prototype connection arrows are not visible. Please help.

Screenshot 01 is a version I restored from the version history. I can work with it, but the problem is that after a few days, it always ends up like Screenshot 02. What’s really strange is that all the connection arrows disappear — and even the interactions themselves are gone. However, everything still works perfectly in Present mode. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I only imported a few components, but this issue is happening with all components in the file.
