Project Transfer free Account

Hey, I am on a free account and want to transfer a project. I followed this guide from Figma but I don’t see the ‘transfer’ in the drop down menu. Also I don’t have the Admin menu item for that team. I am the owner though. Same for newly created teams. Is that a bug? What am I doing wrong?

    We appreciate you reviewing our Help Center article.

    At this time, the Starter plan does not offer the ability to send project transfer requests, but you can send team transfer requests.
    I get why that's confusing, and I'll pass your feedback along to the team.
