Hello, my Figma Make project has been unable to load properly for almost a week.

The screen keeps staying on a blank page with a loading indicator in the middle. There is also a message at the bottom saying, “Live preview loading, interactions may not be saved,” but the content still does not appear even after waiting for a long time. The Publish and Share buttons in the top-right corner are still visible, but the main preview area cannot load at all.

I have tried waiting and checking multiple times, but the issue has not improved.

Hi @chinling, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing those details. I understand that your project has been stuck on a blank loading state for several days now with the “Live preview loading, interactions may not be saved” message - I can imagine how disruptive that must be, and I’d like to help.

I’ve created a support ticket for you so the team can investigate further, your ticket number is #1884589.

It’d be really helpful if you could reply directly to the ticket with the following so we can better understand where things are getting stuck:

  • Click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner of the Make file, select “Check network settings,” and share a screenshot of what you see
  • Is this only happening on a specific file, or across all Make files?
  • Please share a direct link to the impacted file, and invite support-share@figma.com with “Can View” access (this will not impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate with Engineering)
  • If possible, include a screen recording of the issue (full window in view)

To help narrow things down, you could also try opening the file in a different browser or creating a copy of the file to see if the preview loads there. This can help determine whether the issue is file-specific or related to your environment.

Appreciate you working with us on this, someone from the team will be reaching out with next steps soon.

I’ve only created this one file with Figma Make.
