Professional plan Locked

Hey hey 🤩 Thanks for your post. Welcome to our community! 

To point you in the right direction, could you share a screenshot of your left sidebar showing both teams, with the lock banner visible? That'll clarify which team is locked and where the 12-page file ended up.

Two quick questions:

• Is the lock on your Professional team, or on the free (Starter) team you moved the file into?
• Can you still open and view the file, or is it fully inaccessible?

One thing worth checking in the meantime: Starter teams cap out at 3 pages per file, 3 files per project, and 1 project per team — and when a team goes over, Figma sets it to view-only until it's back under. Moving the 12-page file into Drafts (which isn't subject to the page limit) would unlock things automatically if that's what's happening.
