Problème pour vérifier mon statut étudiant.

Bonjour, 

Cela fais 2 mois où je n’ai plus accès à Figma Education, quand j’essaye de faire vérifier mon statut étudiant à la fin ce message apparaît :

 
Et je ne comprends pas car mon compte est encore en starter sachant que ça faisait 2 ans que je l’avais en éducation et qu’il me reste 1 ans d’étude.

Quelqu’un aurait-il une solution s’il vous plaît ?

For context, the verification process for Figma for Education plans was updated in 2025. You can review the details and requirements for institution type here: Updates to our Figma Education plan.

If you haven’t already, please reach out directly to SheerID: Contact SheerID support team. They manage the verification process and can reset verification limits if needed.
