Problema para actualizar mi cuenta educación

Me he comunicado con los administradores del bootcamp donde estudio y han verificado mi cuenta para actualizar mi acceso educativo a Figma ya que vence en 12 días, aún así no me permite actualizarla y queda pocos días para que mi plan caduque. Cómo puedo resolverlo?

We don't currently offer support in Spanish on Figma Forum, so I hope it's okay that I'm replying in English.
