problem with unexpected charges

Hi,

I was charged for a Full seat even though I only need a Dev seat. Any upgrade to a Full seat was unintentional.

I also see an unexpected one-time charge on the next invoice.

Please switch my workspace to 1 Dev seat only, cancel any additional charges, and issue a refund/credit for the current billing period (Full seat charge). Also clarify and remove the one-time charge if it’s not valid.
